Workplace Injuries

Work accidents can happen anywhere, even in a home office. Injuries can include damage to joints, muscles, and nerves, as well as more extensive problems like complex regional pain syndrome and brain injuries.

SERVICES

A path to recovery

Work injuries affect more than just an individual’s ability to return to the job—they impact physical, emotional, and social aspects of life.

As a leader in work injury rehabilitation for more then 20 years, we have specific expertise in treating complex injuries that involve multiple systems or prolonged recovery timelines. Our multidisciplinary approach to care focuses on restoring function and supporting re-engagement across all life roles, including family, community, and recreation.

Our approach to workplace injuries

At RIW, we take an evidence-based approach to managing work-related injuries, only considering treatments and therapies that are supported by good research. We are strong believers in early return to activity for most musculoskeletal injuries, which has been proven to accelerate recovery, shorten claims, and reduce lost income for the worker and overall claim costs.
